After 7 months, one of the stick I bought had errors, so I contacted them over email and sent over an RMA forum, they replied back with RMA# and address, telling me to send the set back. Any way, got it back within 4 days, now thats a quick turnaround :D

What speed and voltage was the original memory rated at?

Rated at 2.1v @ 1066. Ran at spec. I had 4 sticks of it. Just one of those things that developed over time. The other 3 were fine.

@ Virtual Larry - Receipt wasn't required for me when I RMA'd as long as the heatspreader/warranty sticker was still on it it was fine. They did require you send the entire set though. (Both sticks of ram)

did you have to pay for shipping the item to them? did u pay for shipping from them to you? did they give you a pre-paid free shipping label to print out?
