Should be fine as long as it's on the motherboard or RAM manufacturer's QVL for your particular motherboard.

Otherwise, it could be headache (or you'd have to run it a lower speeds).

According to the product page on G.Skill's website (click on the QVL tab), they only guarantee compatibility for Intel chipsets:

Out of curiousity, I checked the product support page for the Asus PRIME B350-PLUS, and this memory is not on their qualified vendor list. If I could get qualified memory for only $20 more, I wouldn't take a chance on this. I've seen a lot of bad motherboard rewiews that say "my motherboard was DOA" or "my motherboard kept crashing" and I think there's a high probability there was nothing wrong with their motherboards; they were just using the wrong memory or didn't know how to configure the BIOS properly. I don't understand all the ins and outs of memory settings myself, so I wouldn't mess with it.

I bought some GSkill Ripjaws V DDR4-3000 2x8GB kits a few months ago, for $110 ea., but those clearly mentioned in the reviews that they worked great with the ASRock AB350M Pro4, an AM4 board. The particular set in this deal must be a different set, as the reviews don't mention that board. I would pass.
