According to this AnandTech article, the fastest DDR2-1067 speeds as of August 4, 2006 are 4-3-4-11.
However, while browsing Newegg's memory section, I noticed that two G.Skill kits, the F2-8500PHU2-2GBHZ (DDR2-1067/PC2-8500) and the F2-8000PHU2-2GBHZ (DDR2-1000 /PC2-8000), were both rated at 4-4-4-5 timings :Q. This seemed out of the ordinary, but G.Skill's website confirms it.
In theory, these chips could very well be the fastest DDR2 available today. Unfortunately, I haven't found any extensive testing reviews after googling, and would like to know if anyone has gotten their hands on these babies to see how well they perform.
