G.Skill or Corsair

I'm thinking of getting this RAM from G.Skill, but would prefer to go with the Corsair. However, the Corsair has a less feedback and I don't know why.

I'm leaning towards G.Skill partly due to lower profile that will allow more room for a Cool Master 212 Evo heatsink.

We made the low profile (LP) versions for people that, like you, need memory that will fit under a larger air cooler.

I prefer one with CL of 9.

Like CrApple I avoid all things Corsair, so I'd be all over those Ares sticks. But for you how about these 2x8 DIMMS for a scant $60. At 1600MHz, CL's are humanly imperceptible. Save yourself $25 and save up to buy a/another ssd!
