G.SKILL CL8 any better than CL9?

I am planning to get a GSKILL Ripjaws X 8gb 1866 along with an ivy bridge this month. Is the CL8 version any better than the CL9? I was thinking I might be able to push it to 2000Mhz CL9 easily but I haven't been into this stuff for a long time so what do you guys think?
 
Better on paper yes, maybe on tests also but real in world performance none that you will be see. Look for reviews if any and make decisions from that.
