G.Skill 1066MHz DDR2 RAM timings

I have 2 GB G.Skill F2-8500CL5D-2GBPK with an
Asus P5Q motherboard
Intel E8500 processor
MSI N640-1GD5/LP GeForce GT640 1 GB GDDR5 video card
LG WH14NS40 Blu Ray burner
Western Digital Black WD5003AZEX 500 GB hard drive
Seasonic S12II 520 watt power supply
CoolerMaster GeminII M4 CPU heatsink
CoolerMaster K280 case

Anyway, looking at CPU-Z, I noticed I had a DRAM frequency of 400MHz so I changed it manually in the BIOS and now I see 534MHz. I just wanted to see if anyone can quickly check the timings:

FSB: DRAM 5:8
CAS# Latency (CL) 5.0
RAS# to CAS# Delay (tRCD) 5
RAS# Precharge (tRP) 5
Cycle Time (tRAS) 15
Row Refresh Cycle Time (tRFC) 52
Command Rate (CR) 2T

Does this look correct?

Depends on which p/n the ram is. Newegg has two sets listed, one is 5-5-5-18, the other is 6-6-6-18. I'd run memtest and see if you come up with any errors or double check the p/n on the ram.

lol, OK I just updated my BIOS to version 2209 (the latest) and it still doesn't do anything if I click on DRAM voltage. It's still stuck on Auto.

Is there a way I can check the RAM voltage?

OK, in SiSoft Sandra, it says in the line "Memory DC Line" 1.800V. But in the Profile line it says: @533MHz Optimal 5-5-5-15 x-48-51-x 2T 2.1V.

In CPU-Z, it has 3 different lines (in SPD then click on the correct slot#), 266MHz, 400MHz and 533MHz. Under 266 and 400MHz, it says 1.80V and under 533MHz, it says 2.100V.

I read the CPU regulates the memory voltage so should I change it to 2.0V anyway?
