MSRP is for a bare card, retail boxed. The XFX has extras:
dual DVI
game bundle (X2: The Threat, Commandos 3, NASCAR Thunder 2004)
1.6ns memory (my 6600GT PCI-E does and the sample 6600GT AGP I saw also does)
Get a 6800 if you can. My overclocked 6600GT ($179 shipped

) only matches a 6800 at stock speed in performance. The 6800 also has the chance of unlocking all 16 pipelines, and overclocking the core/memory does a lot more than on the 6600GT (12 pipelines, 256-bit memory vs 8 pipelines, 128-bit memory). Cores on 6800s usually go to 400MHz, at least.
I really like my 6600GT, but for AGP a $249 6800 is a better deal than $220 for this buy.com 6600GT AGP.
