I just found out the Seattle TechShop has lost some investors and will be delayed.

@DSF - TechShop is franchised. Get some investors and be the first in your neighborhood.

@PCTC2 - Portland, OR is getting one and they are 5 hours away by train. I might try that.

I saw on the list of events at Menlo Park that on 1 Nov a member showed how to build a rig to create diamonds. That's the modding I could go for.

Not something I'd have the time to do. I'll keep an eye on whether one winds up here though.
