I've never had that problem with my 60gb and either the 6 axis that shipped with it, or the one I bought from my favorite Ebayer last holiday season.

New Dualshock is $55, a Wii-mote and nunchuck is $60, and a 360 wireless with rechargeable battery is around $60 last time I checked. At least all fanboys are getting ripped off equally!!

360 wireless + 2 rechargable AAs = $40.

Just trying to compare apples to apples as close as I can.

i dunno bout that, you included the price of the plug/charge kit for the 360 but you did not include any battery prices for the wiimote.

😛

That's because any rechargable batteries for the Wii are third party add-on deals, and I don't include AA batteries because that's an everlasting thing if you go that route.

Just roll with me on this one.... 🙂

I've never had this problem either. Once, the controller did cut out on me, but it because I forgot to plug it back in and charge it. 😀

Can this be used with a computer also?

When I hook my PS3 controller up to my PC (via USB... I'd have to try it on my laptop since that has bluetooth), it comes up as a Playstation 3 controller in the Game Controllers application in the Control Panel, so I assume that it should work.

Sold my 6axis for $30 on ebay, got my white DS3 for $46 directly from Japan.

From where?

By directly I meant have my gf buy it at a store and bring it back from Japan. Charge on credit card = $46 for 5000 yen.
