Not sure why this it was the case, but about 2 months ago the forums here became very slow for me. I'm running IE6 on a p1ghz, 512mb ram, t1 connection ,etc ...
Yesterday while doing some QA work I downloaded the new netscape 6.2 -- tested out the forums by chance -- and wow ! they are fast.
Now I''m not sure if it's a coding problem causing IE slow-downs, or just the way it handles the many nested tables here ??
But thought you might like to know --
I still use IE for 99% of the websites, but now I'm using NN 6.2 for here ...
