I am working on making a online marketplace for my company, and some idiot at IT decided that it was the best option fiscally to use Microsoft bCentral instead of hiring my buddy to build it/maintain it for us... Well, I filed a tech support ticket approx. 3 weeks ago. The story goes, originally they had to forward my support ticket to 5 (YES 5!!!!) different departments to figure out who would fix my problem, then for the last week it seems they forgot about me. I had to re-file my supprot ticket, and now I get a e-mail saying that they still havent figured out the problem...
10 bucks says they outsourced their tech support to India or somewhere, and have no clue what they are doing. It's obscene that such a huge company that made the maojrity of its cash from its home country has to outsource its tech support.
