We've had directv for a few months and my dad found LinkTV not long ago. He's big into a lot of alternative media, and this qualifies as such. I'm guessing some of you know about it, they are based out of california, but I'm guessing a lot of you have never heard of it, especially those like us on the east coast.
I found it rather informatave for those who are interested in news outside the mainstream media. I get sick of being fed the same crap from all the news stations every day. I'd prefer 10 news channels all reporting different news.
Last night they had an interesting report on the Israeli nuclear weapons program and the imprisonment of Mordechai Vanunu. I had never heard of this story and no doubt the same is true for many of.
Anyways, it's just and FYI. I'm not sure if other cable providers or satilite providers offer it, but it's channel 375 on DirecTV. Something else to watch when the CSPANs are too dry.
