I had a 1 year old IBM scsi drive die on me, I did the online RMA from their website, mailed it in, and within 10 days, I had a new SCSI drive waiting for me when I got home.

Very good support. In case you want to buy a SCSI drive, and want good support and warranty service, I recommend IBM. THeir scsi drives have a 5 year warranty too.

Of course, not much can be said about the first drive dying. I had a lot of good crap on there! :(
