fyi: HP printer paper feeding probs - known issue

For any of you who own a HP Laserjet 3150, 3100, 1100a, or 6L printer, there is a known issue with the printers which causes the printers to start feeding multiple pages into the printer and jamming. HP has a free kit to replace the Separation Pad here,

I was ready to throw out my printer outta frustration until I got this fix.
