Should be relatively easy to get a CSR to drop the price as well to make it FAR.

Yep. I did the same to upgrade my two HR10-250s to HR20s just before they came out with all the new HD channels.

I got one for free, but they wouldn't upgrade my HR10-250 for free. It might be time to try again.
