You'll adjust to it. I didn't like it when I got my LCD either. The first week was quite miserable but it wasn't all that bad. Fortunately, Wolfenstein which I play a lot (at least used to) was darkish and didn't blur hardly at all (after I got used to it). The overall color really does matter. Response time is different across the spectrum.
Anyway, call this blurring. Ghosting is an effect caused when analog signals coincide, or something like that.
Ouch. I spend $800-$1000 on a monitor, I don't want to get used to something annoying? For that much cash it better make breakfast besides it's normal duties.
Sorry, this coming from you is amusing. The guy with 7800GTX SLI, 6800NU SLI, 6600GT SLI, and 6800GT SLI (did I forget any?)...
if my widescreen LCD is supposed to make breakfast.. then you'd better have all those GPUs making the bed, opening the door for you and rubbing your back!
😀
PS. 2005FPWs and 2405FPWs are great screens. Someday you'll have to cave in and get a LCD.. they dont ghost, at least mine doesnt.. I dont know what these guys are talking about (maybe I have inferior eyes).. to me, its 10X above anything with DVI+cleartype. I think gaming is crisper too with the DVI. And web browsing in portrait mode is just orgasmic..
ok im going to cut myself off before i take this too far. But i  LCDs.
