FYE/COCONUTS :(

So my mom was asking for a prepaid phone for emergencies and I saw on FW that Coconuts and Fye were offering the Virgin Moblie K7/K9 for FAR until 12/22. So yesterday I went to FYE and they said no cell phones. Went to another location and they had the older K7 model, for $70 , but no rebate or helpful CSR's. Today I went to coconuts and found the K9 for $40 but again no rebate. I asked the girl working the desk (who looked like she wanted to kill someone) if they had an ad running that week and she said no, even though right on there website it shows the ad. I bought the phone anyway and left. Even when FYE/COCONUTS run rebates on DVD's or games, 90% of the time, the CSR won't give you the form until you ask for it. What kind of service is that.
I was also looking at replacing my xbox and noticed something strange of the way out. They said " We have xbox's in stock, but you must by a game over 49.99 to get one". This looked like some jerk manager made the sign and just slaped it up because I had never seen this anywhere else including the other two locations. The xbox already comes with 2 games, who would want more and why would they force you to get one? Bogus.
Sorry for the mini-rant, but having worked at Staples for 3 1/2 years, I know what good service is, and this is not it. I know we aren't perfect, but at least myself and managers will do our best to help the customer out and to keep pricing consitant.
