Fx6300 + RX 470 bottlenecking?

Hello, i'm not an expert at this topic so i made 2 videos playing RE 7 at HIGH and MED settings, just to make sure that is a real bottleneck, or, something else. Anything i can do not involving buying a new cpu or OC? BTW, cpu was 55-60 celsius, not overheat.

Fx 6300 stock because OC was giving me RSOD with this gpu
RX 470 4GB XFX
970 DS3P
CX430w
SSD UV400 240GB
