This may seem quite the silly question..but do all FX60's have the "Toledo" core? if not is one better than the other?

They should both be toledo like cores....with dual cores yes one can sometimes be much better then the other...part of the gamble with ocing dual cores...

Thanks for the rapid answer Duvie.. I wasnt sure if the Toledo core FX60 was the only option when buying one.

true, but with a fx60, chances are that both cores are pretty good;)

for what its worth...I just pulled the trigger for one at NewEgg..but I dont believe I'll be brave enough to O/C it for quite some time. I've had some scary experiences in the past tryin to O/C my 4000+. I just have to admit it.. I dont know jack about O/Cing and a noob tryin to O/C a FX60 could bring about some sad experiences..money wise.lol

No kidding, I am perfectly fine overclocking a Pentium D 820 but I am afraid to OC the 4800+.
