FX5700LE vs. Nvidia 6100 6150 performance?

Does anyone know of an article or comparision of the FX5700LE to the Nvidia 6100 or 6150 IGP?

I was wondering if it is worth dropping the LE in favor of a board that has a PCI-E slot for future upgrade.

Any advice/links are appreciated.

From the POV of dropping the LE for a PCI-e board, I'd tell you to do so... Performance-wise, both aren't that great... What are you going to use the comp for?

This isn't for me.

As I understand it, it is an upgrade for a casual gamer.

They were going to upgrade to a socket 754 board with AGP. They have an upgrade budget of $300.

It turns out they just recently bought a FX5700LE AGP and don't want to give it up.

I was wondering if for nearly the same price, it would be wise to go with a s939 based on the 6100 or 6150 and dump the 5700LE completely. That way, they can have the PCI-E and X2 upgrade options.

As I said, they aren't great, but I'd pick the 6100 or 6150 because the 5700LE really has abysmal DX9 performance... 6100/6150 + Socket 939 seems the way to go for me too...

6100 or 6150 igp have integrated geforce 6200 video but it take its memory from main ram i suggest to put more ram if the onboard video is to be used. in the future it can be upgraded by adding pcie video card.

a separate video card is far more advantage than a onboard video if they retain the agp card they will end up replacing the mobo as well in the future
