FX53 vs 4000+

Hi, Is a new unopened FX53 worth $400? Or is a A64 4000+ a bettter value at $375. I have heard that the 4000+ "clawhammer" is a rebadged FX53 but am not sure. Thx for any help
 
Best bet is getting a SD 4000+, Clawhammer 4000+ replaced the FX53 when the 55 came out. If you only have a choice between a Claw 4000+ and a Claw FX53 get the 53 since it does not have a multiplier lock.
