I was at CompUSA (it was closing and having a sale ) and I saw a bunch of nVidia's FX5200's. I wasn't amazed at all that there were like 25 of them still there (not sure of how many people actually buy those). But I was wondering why they still MAKE FX5200's in such abundance. I mean why not cut those out and bring in the 6/7 series cards as the "low end" of the market?
Edit:
Also I was wondering how the ATI2600PRO card compares to nVidia? Which model numbers are the approximate equivalent (just out of curiosity)?
