fx 8350 and kraken x60 tempos too high?

Hello guys, today I upgraded my computer. I added another 8gb of ram and a kraken x60. I previously had a cm 212 hyper evo and if Im not wrong I had cpu temps at around 40 on the asrock extreme tuner. Now with the kraken I have 44 -46 degrees celsius on the tuner, but on the hardware monitor it's 30-40 and on the kraken control software it's 27 degrees. Which one is the most accurate? Are my temps normal? Thanks in advance!
