This is a good deal the 8320 overclocks just as high as the 8350 so its a waste to buy the 8350 and if you already have an AM3+ Mobo with Ram you can pop this in for depending on what you had before and do a nice performance increase.

If you have to build a machine and buy ram and mobo then get an intel but for existing this is a good deal

I already have a saber tooth 990 AM3+ board, otherwise I probably would have been looking for a deal on a 3570K
