FX-60 processor is missing! NO MORE! FIXED!

Everything on my Debian GNU/Linux-AMD64 system reports only 1 processor.

This just started. What could cause this? What will it take to fix it?

I had posted this on the CPU forum, but someone thinks it is a configuration problem.

I have 2 other FX-60s, with identical OS versions and upgrades and they are fine.

Edit: I set BIOS: ACPI APIC to Enabled
