I just installed this card with the newest drivers I could find. If I change the 3D clock settings at all, I get extreme artifacts and everything is very slow. I read on another forum that this could be due to the drivers I am using.
If I play a game for about an hour, everything will freeze for a few seconds and then I start getting extreme artifacts. When I exit the game, 2D is fine, but any 3D will have artifacts until I restart my computer.
I ran the DX9 demo at http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/software.html and my temps never go above 81ºC GPU and 45ºC ambient. At idle, temps are 59ºC GPU and 38ºC ambient.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? Which drivers are probably best for my card?
