FX-53 cooling??

Ok if i buy an FX-53 (939) on the Asus MB and wanted to OC should i go liqid cooled? or air? and does 940 liquid kits and air kits work on 939? or do i have to buy a 940 and whats the diff in the 939 and 940?

Get a nice air cooler, and add some Arctic Silver 5, and you should be set.
