FX-53 939 or A64 3500

So I am deciding whether I should get the Fx-53 939 or the A64 3500. I really like the FX-53 because of its 1 mb cache (do alot of sound/video editing) and that the multiplier is unlocked so I could probably surpass FX-55 speeds. But I just cant help seeing the success of the 3500 overclocking (people reporting 2.7 ghz) and for alot lesser price. The cpu will be water cooled in my koolance pc2-650 so I will for sure be getting a great overclock.

Argg I just realized I posted this in wrong forum. If mod would like to move it to CPU/Processors that would cool.
