There are a TON of different 5200 cards available. They all have different RAM speeds and interfaces.
I have seen cards (all called GeForceFX 5200) with:
133/266 MHz RAM (64 bit)
166/333 MHz RAM (64 bit)
166/333 MHz RAM (128 bit)
200/400 MHz RAM (64 bit)
200/400 MHz RAM (128 bit)
250/500 MHz RAM (128 bit)
And then there is the Ultra too.
Most important is to get a 128 bit version. Best is to just avoid the FX 5200 altogether, as you often don't really know what you're getting. The 9600 non-pro is right at $100 and is better than all of the non-Ultra 5200s. And you actually KNOW what you're getting when you buy it. You don't have to HOPE you're getting a 128 bit memory interface, etc...
ANY card with a 64 bit memory interface will be totally horrid for games. it's just not wide enough. Do not expect anything resembling good performance from a 64 bit card. A 128 bit wide memory bus is reasonable for todays games, all the 'midrange' cards use a 128 bit bus. But you have to pay for it. You won't find many 128 bit cards below $80.
