slow people on the right, people who pass on the left

i would have gladly honked and given you the finger for not moving over :D

I CANNOT STAND PEOPLE WHO DRIVE SLOWER IN THE FAST LANE AND DON'T MOVE OVER.

when you see someone coming up behind you, even if you are going 120mph, move over into the other freakin lane. PLEASE.

A gold star for you. As someone who has to do 80 miles round trip on the interstate 5 days a week I see this constantly. I wish rocket launchers were standard equipment on Pathfinders :)

I beg of you, please let me know when you find one! :)

Why don't you just move over instead of pissing them off?

oh i forgot to mention. three lane highway, i was in the middle lane. it was pretty much rush hour traffic...but the cars in front of us were far enuff away that i could speed up like the way i did. that guy had no reason to tail me. if he had to take an exit that was comin up, he couldve slowed down and gotten into the rightmost lane behind all the other cars. i wasnt gonna speed up just so he can cut off all the other people in the right lane

Unless you are passing cars on the right (which doesnt sound like u are, since the other guy passed u on the right), or the right lane is an exit-only lane, you should still have moved over for him...

Not necessarily. I was driving on a 2 lane highway a few years back, doing well over 20 km/h over the speed limit. A good crusing speed, what most ppl drive in that lane. Of course the guy beside me was doing only a little less, so suffice it to say I wasn't getting past him all too quick. Anyway, this asshat in a red Olds Alero (I'll tell you how I knew that's what it was in a sec) comes out of nowhere behind me and proceeds to park himself on my bumper. I swear, the last time I looked like 20 seconds before that there was NO ONE in sight behind me. Anyway, after swiving back and forth behind me a little, giving me a few flashing lights, he decides he can't wait for me to get by the other drivers, and I'm not speeding up as I'm already going well enough over the limit. So he yanks it over to the exit lane we're passing, passes the guy in the right lane, and zips over infront of me... and promptly jams on the breaks. I knew it was an Alero then because I almost got that logo imprinted on my fvcking hood!! He then stomps the gas and takes off at what had to be a good 150 km/h... all the time with his wife and baby in the car. More of an utter asshat I have never seen.

Your situation is different, since you were actually passing a car in the right lane (so u were using the passing lane appropiately)... But in pandego's situation the right lane was open and he was just riding in the passing lane...

I get out the left lane also if someone is coming up on me. If there are cars next to me I speed up a little to let the guy coming up on me know that I'm trying to move over or even put my blinker. Just common courtesy. Still that guy shouldn't of slammed on his brakes though. That's just idiotic.

Because people are goddamn stupid. Did you know that in MOST crimes, someone calls a friend or family member... before they call the police. And then people bitch when the suspect gets away.

Well, of course he's much more important than anyone else on the road.

He was in hurry, damnit!

How does he cross 2 lanes after he cuts you off? After he cuts you off, both of you are in the center lane right? So he goes...2 lanes over where on this 3 lane highway?

I had this one biotch on the NJ Turnpike causing traffic.

There is construction going on and this dirty wh0re in a Nissan Pathfinder is yacking it up going like 40mph right out of the Toll boot without speeding up for a good 1.5 miles.

It was only 2 lane due to construction :(

He might have been really in the passing lane and is just saying that he was in the middle lane in order to avoid getting shot.

Middle lane. Right lane was beginning to close (3 into 2 lanes at that point).

I'm pissed, but I've decided to move on. And maybe stick a baseball bat in the trunk.

Wow, another sane driver. Good to know there are a few out there. Patience can save lives. :)

A. there is no excuse for not moving to the right when you arent passing. Though it sounds like this doesnt apply to you.

B. I keep a baseball bat, an ax, and a few bricks in my trunk at all times. No Joke

That isn't the law everywhere. And even where it is pulling in front of somebody and slamming on the brakes is illegal and stupid.

Driving in the left hand lane, blocking traffic, while going at or below the speed limit should be a capital offense

Yeah man, I hear ya. I keep a 10 lb metal dumbbell stick (w/out the plates of course) wrapped in black electrical tape under my seat at all times. Never know when some moron is going to try to walk up and punch/grab/staab you for whatever reason.

When I was a lot younger (17) and had no common sense I used to keep an unloaded air pellet pistol that looked like a real gun. Until I found out it was illegal to brandish type objects as if they were the real thing for protection in NJ (it scared off many a road rager though and luckily I never got shot at). lol

Good thing you have that ax, the other insane driver can use it to cut you into bite size pieces after he shoots you in the head. It is never worth getting into a battle with these fvcks. If they are unstable enough to want to cause you to hit their car or lose control of your own, who knows what extremes they'll go to face-to-face.

i had to follow a drunk in a benz home last night. they'd do 90, then 50, then 90, then 50. Sort of hard to stay away from them when you're doing 75-80 the whole time.

Idiot drivers used to make me mad, but then I realized they had me outnumbered. Better just to avoid them if at all possible.
