What size rims are you using on what type of car?

Pinch flats and bent rims are a major down side of extream low profile tires.

17 inch tires on an eclipse gt.

low pro's on big potholes are more than likely to get messed up
i usually try to be careful of holes and crap when i drive.. very careful infact.

I'd suggest against having intercourse with potholes. It might be deemed inappropriate by the public.

Because they hold less volume of air than a 15" it is important the pressure be
checked more often. The same is true for punctures, the large wheel types will
go flat quicker. I find no joy in your problem. You guys that have to drive in real winter conditions and can afford it should consider winter tires on standard wheels.
Hope the rest of your week is better 🙂

There was a pothole in the detroit area a few weeks ago (the ramp from 696 east to 75 north) that was actually so bad that they had it posted on the highway information displays.

So was your first post NOT from the tire waiting room?

I got a flat on Tuesday on the way home from school from a pot hole 🙁

Luckily i was like a mile from home, and it wasnt completely flat until i was about 100 yards from the driveway. Was a pain though and costed me about 3 hours and $120 🙁.
