The bolt won't come off for some reason.
I tried jumping and it still won't come off.
What can cause this problem?
Also, to loosen the bolt is turning it counterclockwise right?

Yes.

I don't know about your bolt problem though.

Your lugnut may have seized on the stud. Happened to my 2000 cougar about 3 weeks ago. Only way to get it off is have someone really strong do it or use an impact wrench, either way the nut and stud will be ruined. Not much $ to replace by yourself if you have the right tools.

sorry, formated computer, had to reinstall the ftp client.

The thing

The middle circular tube thing is too close to the bolt, may be it is hindering me from turning the bolt.

You need to put more torque on it. Get a breaker bar or a long tube and stick it on your wrench.
You gotta apply the torque.

all six of them are stuck. I can't even get the first one out.
I don't think the rim is bent.
The road I am parking is sloped downward toward this wheel,
could this be why the bolt s are not giving?

why not find a flat area, maybe a driveway that you can try and move the bolts.

hill is not a very smart idea :p

All 6? I only see 5 lugnuts? Are you trying to take the nut in the middle hole off?
You need to leave that one alone. It's for the hub, not the wheels. Just unscrew the 5 lugnuts.

OMG.... Do we really raise children in this country without even the slightest amount of practical ability to do something as simple as turn a screw?

Like others have said, cheater bar. Better yet two cheater bars on a 4-way lug wrench with one person on each side. Try to exert your force in sudden motions not slow ever increasing levels of torque.
