Fvck! HP is putting me on hold for 30 mins...and counting!

Wow, I called HP one Sunday recently, trying to figure out why a modem wouldn't get a dial tone. Got TS inside of 3 minutes, made a few adjustments, then had to hang up, try to connect, then call back if the adjustments didn't work. They didn't work, so I had to call back. Got TS inside of 3 minutes, changed a couple things, then hung up and tried to connect again. No dice, so I called back and got TS inside of 3 minutes again, which got him to set me up with an RMA. That took a while for him to get squared away, but it never took over 3 minutes to get somebody.
