Fuzzy logic question

The Fuzzy Logic software that comes with MSI motherboards allows you to change settings for FSB, etc (OC settings) while in Windows.

Here's a blurb from a review:
"The utilities included with the K7T Pro are varied, with some more useful than others, which is about what you would expect from any mobo utility CD. The jewel of the lot is their utility Fuzzy Logic II, which takes some of the fear and tedium out of overclocking. The usual overclocking process is: Boot up; get into BIOS; make changes; continue boot; test system; reboot; get back into BIOS; and so on. Fuzzy Logic II does the changes and testing automatically, and it does it in Windows. Granted, it does set you down on the safer side of things when you are finished using the auto-overclock function, but it does make sure things are stable. When you are finished using the utility to get a final overclocked setting, you can recall it by clicking the Turbo button on the controls. "
