I asked if she could waive the fee as a courtesy, especially considering they're a day apart
she said neither her or her supervisor has the ability to do so
22nd was the end of the billing cycle
23rd was new billing cycle

This means you have had other fees waived previously in the last 12 months. Don't lie about it.
Anyway, learn to keep your balance sheet and you won't have a problem. Simple addition and subtraction.
That is some BRILLIANT advice. Really, it is.Quit having credit card debt. Pay it up.
nah chase doesn't do a one time courtesy. D:
Wanna bet they don't?They absolutely do and you've used it previously within the last 12 months. You don't get another one until another 12 have passed from your previous items. My wife worked at Chase through school.

I don't make bets with liars.
Here's how it works. You call in and get a fee waived, which you did sometime within the last 12 months. The next time you call they say "sorry, we can't waive that, we don't do that" - the reason being they already waived one for you. There are notes on your account showing the last time you had a fee waived. This is absolutely how Chase works.
Then you post on ATOT for sympathy because you can't keep a balance sheet and demonetize Chase for not not waiving yet another fee for you. Typical customer.
Let's see you have X dollars in bank account. You spend Y dollars which is more than X. This means your account is negative balance. They charge a fee for spending money which you don't have. You agreed to these terms when opening your account.
Pats astroid on head.
