futureshop is truely the definition of a terrible store, in almost every way. I had hoped to show a manager or someone to the site as I brought in a microwave for the second time for repair. The first time they said they didn't find a fault, and made a big dent on top as well as large scratch marks on the side while they took almost two months to "test" it.
 
I'd never buy that kind of cheap electronics in FS anyway. Just get it from Canadian tire or Wal mart. They are so cheap now, and wal mart will replace it with out a fuss.
