I got kind of a low score in 03 and 05, but I'm wondering. Do my settings of AA and AF in my control panel override futuremark settings? Because then it would make sense.

Yes. I have to say, this is *really* obvious if you test it, and has been asked and answered many times before. Most "D00D! My 3DMark score is like half what it should be!!!!" threads are because of this.
 
Ok I just assumed. It's the first time I ever ran it, but alienware ran 05 before sending it to me and gave me the score they gave but no settings. Since mine was significantly lower, I wasn't sure why. And then I thought maybe it was those settings. Thanks for the confirmation!
