I just purchased an Intel P4 2.8C 800 mhz bus and a MSI 865 Neo-2 mobo
I was wondering if in the future would be able to upgrade my mobo to a new Intel 915/925 chipset one or even another one that supports PCI Express/DDR2 yet still use my same CPU.

Not sure exactly what you meant or how experienced you are. But.....

You CANNOT upgrade your chipset and keep the same motherboard.
IF you want a 915/925 chipset you will also need a new CPU.
The pin configuration is very different on what will soon be intels new standards.
They shall not be backwards compatible.
