At some point in the near-ish future (Within about 6 months) I'm going to build a new system. I don't know the exact specs but eventually I aim to have two HD 7950s in Crossfire, and I'm wondering what sort of PSU I'm going to need to support that. What kind of PSU might I need if I even wanted to go for triple Crossfire (unlikely; gains seem marginal)? A bit of reading puts an 850W PSU at about the right number:

I'm actually more concerned with the wiring in my house. Built in the 70s, the circuit I'm on is a bit flaky since the people upstairs like running hair driers, space heaters, etc. - that breaker has been tripped more than a few times. I assume that an 850W PSU isn't drawing 850W constantly, but if my system starts drawing more wattage under load, is this something I'm going to need to worry about? Should I consider putting my PC in another room if this poses problems?

Edit: I may also do some light overclocking on those 7950s to push them closer to 7970 performance levels. Just how big a jump in wattage is typical for GPU overclocks?
