I could cook better than 99% of ATOT with a campfire, clay oven, and a cast iron skillet. Cool tools cannot help fools. Everyone knows this.

"Oh cool! I can cook up to 21 different things at the same time" - a feature that you will NEVER use.
"Oh cool! I can place things wherever I want" - as soon as you have 3 or 4 things, they'll be arranged most naturally - just like on a regular cooktop.

The thing is pretty neat & innovative, but the innovations really don't add much value. Plus, they drop down to inferior electric heat vs. gas. (Induction would be a different matter.)
