This only really concerns Canadians anyway.

Personally I have never had a problem with Future Shop and have probably spent at least $5000 there over the years *knock on wood*. Of course you get the dumb sales guys, but that's about it.

I do know of others with similar problems to this guy's though, and it's not always Future Shop.

The bottom line is all stores like future shop, best buy, etc... The only thing they care about is how much money they make and a good business is shown by how much they can weasel out of. This includes price matching, rebates, returns and exchanges.

It's absolutely disgusting.

I read thru the site and that guy is an idiot. First of all don't shop at Futureshop for christ sakes. Futureshop is good for browsing or if you need it right now. But to continually go back time after time overpaying for their stuff shows he's a moron.
