Future Power Case and FIC AZ11E problem

I was wondering if anyone else got their front usb ports to work using the 400W FP Case? Everything else works fine, but I was hoping to use them for my digital camera. It does not matter how I hook them up, nothing. The front USB port header is enabled in the bios.

I got a Future case with front usb ports I haven't got them to work yet either. When I hook them up my keyboard will not work. I gave up on it, if you figure it out let me know.

Connector does not match pins on Motherboard. Got it to work by splicing wire of connector and using new connector.
