who here will be a Buckeye in the Fall 06 quarter? Who is already a student, and what year are you? What dorm or off-campus housing are you living in? what's your major?

no idea on what my dorm is, I find out in August... but I'll be a freshman in the fall and will be in Exploring/Undecided, but am seriously looking into Security and Intelligence as my major, which is a specialization in the International Studies major, created recently because of increase in foreign threat and under the move started by OSU for teaching stuff regarding international and homeland security.

edit (additional info): already have my schedule and will be in Army ROTC. I plan to contract into the Army immediately (after first month to be on the safe side), as to show the Army I am committed and both get the monthly stipend and hope to get the scholarship, maybe a little easier since I would already be contracted.

My little sister is studying nursing and business at OSU right now. Dunno where she'll be living next year. She'll be a senior. It's a great school.

In fact, the rivalry is so great that even third-rate schools like Penn State try to pretend that OSU and UM give a damn about them.

the lack PSU vs Pitt is the biggest tragedy in college football, second only to the lack of PSU vs Notre Dame, which will be remedied this year. I could care less about ohio state... if we stopped playing them ... no one would care... last i checked they did nothing this year... we spanked them at home playing to the largest crowd in the stadium's history (do i really need to mention how big the stadium is?) PSU will always be superior to OSU ... move on.

What question ... why we stopped playing pitt?... we joined the big ten... pitt didnt want in... what more is there to answer... everyone knows it... SI called it the rivalery most needed to return... I would love for us to play pitt again ... just as much as i would love for us to play notre dame again... good thing i have tickets to it this year...

I was born in Columbus, but moved to Indiana, near the MI border when I was 5. MI ppl are psychos. 🙂 OSU FTW!
