The school claims this kid "engaged in sexual acts, displayed excessive affection, engaged in inappropriate touching and used obscene gestures", but his mom thinks they're going too far by expelling him for touching a girl's butt?

Sounds like there's more to this story than we're getting. I think this kid's gone beyond "ATOT Lifer" to "Jerry Springer guest". 😛
