Futurama: The Beast with a Billion Backs is on Comedy central today, 7 pm central in case you have not seen it yet.

Better then the 1st movie but still a bit slow at times.

Man, it took me two weeks of trying to watch this. I was so disappointed in the storyline. :(

That movie was really bad. I think the first one was better but it was bad too.

Yarr. I actually liked the first movie ok though. Both were kinda bad though, especially the second one (Beast with a Billion backs).

Comedy central has a crappy broadcast, it's like everything is in blur-o-vision. They need to go to HD soon. Would love to watch Jon Stewart/Colbert/Southpark in HD.

Already saw it on DVD a while ago.
Funny, but not sidesplitting like the first season of the show.

Actually I kinda liked this one. I'll admit I'm the biggest Futurama fanboy on the face of the earth though.
I felt David Cross fit right in and was downright hilarious at times.
I do agree that was more "season 4" style and would prefer more of a "season 1 flavor" but I'll take whatever new Futurama I can get.
Maybe the next one (into the wild green yonder) will be better when it comes out in a few months.

Exactly. I couldn't even finish the movie and gave it back to my sister the next day. Futurama has always been just "meh" to me and I never got why people praise it so highly but I always gave their episodes a chance.

I really wanted it to be funny, but after the 1st season it was nothing but disappointment. I now feel ripped off, like they spent the time on the 1st season just to slack off after that.

Blasphemy! Fry & the Slurm Factory, Brannigan Begin Again, Xmas Story, The Problem with Popplers, Anthology of Interest I, Parasites Lost, Amazon Women in the Mood, Insane in the Mainframe, Roswell That Ends Well (My absolute favorite), Anthology of Interest 2, Where No Fan Has Gone Before, The Devil's Hands Are Idle Playthings were all brilliant and funny.

I do agree that the movies have stunk though. I lost interest in The Beast with a Billion Backs and stopped watching after Fry moved in with the weird girlfriend.
