Fury X Frametimes

While playing Dishonored 2 in borderless window mode at a soild 60 fps, the game still stutters like crazy. Playing Titanfall 2 on my PS4 pro at 60 fps is infinitely smoother and more clear than Dishonored 2 @60 fps on my PC. I assume this is due to my Frametimes. Is there anyway to fix low Frametimes for my Fury X?

Any idea what the issue is prohibiting me from achieving 60 fps with vsync? I even tried turning the resolution down to 720p with the "very low" graphical preset and still was locked to 30 frames.
 
Yeah I've pretty much given up and settled for 30fps. This game is a complete mess technically. I've learned my lesson and from now on, I will research the PC performance of a game before I decide to purchase it.

I am emailing back and forth with Bethesda support but I'm not overly hopeful they'll be able to fix the issue. Wish me luck!
 
Ya crappy coding for games sucks. I pretty much for TV gaming am super critical since there isn't a freesync way to save yourself.

If you're going the TV route I don't even really know if amd is the best choice to be honest

Yeah I have. Whether is on or off, I am still locked to 30 fps.

Bethesda support just emailed me saying they have sent my problem to a "specialized team for further investigation" so we'll see how that goes.
