3D is a dead technology. I am entirely surprised nVidia even offers support for it with hardly anybody actually using it.

Has anyone here tried VR/Occulus? I tried 3d once, it was crap for gaming, vomit inducing nausea. I wonder if VR suffers similar motion sickness inducing effects?

While not using it myself yet. I am playing some games where its used quite a lot by users. (Elite Dangerous etc)

From the forums there it seems you do still get motion sickness, tho it doesnt seem as awful as 3D. But it seems to depend a lot on the game. In Elite people mainly get it in stations. And others report it to be much worse in other games.

And the only solutions seems to be what motion sickness drug to use.

So best advice is really...try before you buy.
