Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, and most other southern states had the right idea years ago when they insisted on giving tests to decide if a voter was smart enough to vote. Of course it only was administered to black people. They should do this again only test Democrats because as we all know Republicans are all brilliant and have all the answers to all our problems in goverment.

neither have i, but i see a lot of people incensed about the wrong things a lot (misled by TV ads, friends) and they feel like they NEED to vote. So a lot of "smart" people don't vote, and some dumb people around here vote a lot.
