Furious with Kodak

I sent my digital camera in for repair, satturday they give me the treacking number for DHL that they sent it back with. DHL says there is no such number and Kodak doesn't know what's wrong. Any ideas/suggestions?
 
Give it another day, could be their tracking system isn't updated frequently. Most likely it was shipped today, not saturday.

Agreed.

They may put in the request for pickup Saturday, then have it picked up today, and it might just not be in "the system" until tomorrow.

It's only a tracking number anyhow. It's not like having it makes the package get to you faster.
 
I guess you may be right, but I called DHL 2 hours ago and they said that Kodak didn't ship anything to my zip code, including the shipments made today. :|
