FOB = Fresh off the boat.

The lyrics are funny and somewhat true.
"If the immigration comes after you, marry like a fob" or "I walkin down teh street with chapals on my feet, I make the best saag when I wanna eat".

chapals mean sandals, and saag is another word for a type of food.
